No notification shortcuts

Hi,

I'm having this issue with my watch since the beginning.
It is paired with a GS7 edge running on Oreo.

I get notifications as expected, but the shortcut screen (left to the clock face) is always empty (whatever I validade or not the notification badge when received).

The display asks to select apps on the phone which is the case, since I get the notifications right.

Any of you having the same behavious ?

Hi, solution found on the Samsung support from another user with the same issue:
- stop notifications on the phone
- restart swatch and smartphone.
- re-activate the notifications.

Now works with all history and badges; wonderfull !

I never switched off the swatch since it was delivered with an almost full battery, which last soo long... (4,5 days for me, including several hours of workout with GPS + heart monitor)
