No pop up notifications in Outlook

Just tried Gmail and it doesn't do it either. The icon pops up but the messages doesn't

Disconnect the watch reboot the phone and see if it goes through, I'm thinking the watch is doing something.

My Gmail was doing the same thing. I don't know why they all do that.
