No pop up notifications in Outlook

My outlook notifications will not pop up. My other apps pop up when I get their notifications. For Outlook all I get is the emblem at the top. Is there any way to fix that? I have attached a picture to show what my settings are.

Is this happening on just the lock screen or when you open the device also?
Since your notifications settings look ok I would try resetting the app by clearing its data then force stop it

Locked and open.

I completely reset it, and it's still doing the same thing..

Mine doesn't look like that.

The whole thing doesn't make sense. It pops up on my watch and it's connected to phone

I wonder if it has something to do with the type of account and what kind of server settings it uses.

I removed your screenshot it had personal information on it

You using standalone Outlook app which I am or 365 app? If using a watch try disconnecting from it see if notification go to phone

Just tried it. Still didn't work.

I might reset the app again and only put my personal email on there and see what happens

Just uninstalled it. Installed it. Signed in with my personal Hotmail and I still didn't get any pop-ups

Just tried Gmail and it doesn't do it either. The icon pops up but the messages doesn't
