no push notifications on mobile data

When am connected to mobile data
I dont get instagram or facebooks push notifications
Neither the messenger notifications..
Whatsapp works fine so does bbm
they are not restricted on the data thingy also
I restricted them then now i unchecked the box and still same problem

did you try a simple reboot?

if all else fails do a factory reset and resync and reinstall everything. make sure all of your data is backed up first.
