No push notifications.

I received my phone back from repair, the motherboard was replaced due to the boot loop issue.

Restored app settings, then restored from a backup via LG Bridge.

Notifications are on in the individual apps, and I can't see any problems in the phone settings.

Do Not Disturb is off.

I tried setting some apps to priority notifications but this didn't work either.

The software is up to date.

The notifications from the Google Play store are showing up OK.

If its the same thing you just used that did not work. Try something different. I would just do the reset and see if the notifications come back first. If they do then go ahead and try the restore and see if they work again if they don't then you know where the problem lies.
