No Recovery,No Rom installed

[AC Question]

i had a xperia z3(d6653) model which is already on existenz marshmallow rom now i want to update it to next existenz version but something went wrong and now my phone does not have a custom rom and it does not have a recovery. It just stuck on sony logo when i tried to reboot it .So please help me
