No service and won't hook up to wifi!

My Moto X was working just fine and all of the sudden it lost service and won't hook up to wifi! Help please!

Did you try rebooting the phone? If you did and it didn't work you probably need a factory reset.

Is this an issue with one particular Wi-Fi network?
