As the title says, sometimes it does get back after 30 seconds or 1 minute, and sometimes it doesn't and I have to restart the phone.
Really weird problem and I wish to find a solution before I hate this amazing phone.

oh do you have AT&T T-Moblie verizon cricketwireless Xfinity-Mobile and this too name a few more info can we can help you better

I am outside the US. It's certainly a problem on the phone. My roommate has another phone and he never had a problem with the service.
I've tried another SIM and the same problem happened.

Ok. Swapping SIMs won't work. The SIM doesn't really affect the radios themselves. When you run into the problem, have you tried turning your mobile data off then back on, or rebooting the phone? I've had issues here in the US, where I would lose my data and turning the mobile data off, then on, or rebooting the phone reestablished the connections. Also, are you moving in an out of WiFi hotspots often. I've also had problems with LTE to/from WiFi hand-offs. For me it happens when I'm connected to a WiFi hotspot that is just strong enough to connect and authenticate, but not strong enough for it to pass data.

Turning mobile data on and off doesn't fix it, rebooting the phone does fix it though. It happens so randomly as it sometime happens all the day and sometimes it doesn't happen for days. I've had the problem while I was in my car with no WiFi, and It happened to me in my office where the WiFi modem is right next to me.
