No sleep timer on Samsung Note 3?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I love it except I can't find a sleep timer in its settings. I want something that will completely turn the phone off when I have fallen asleep listening to something. I have used the sleep timer function within an app (like TuneIn) but that doesn't turn the phone off and so I'll wake up in the morning to an almost-dead battery.

If there isn't a built-in sleep timer for this phone, can anyone suggest a good app that will turn the phone off? Not just to turn off the app I'm using but to turn off the whole phone after, say, an hour?

Thanks, Rukbat. I installed the Power Off app on my Note 3 but I'm afraid it's not what I was looking for. The Power Off app only goes up to 20 seconds. I was hoping to find a true sleep timer that would power off my phone in either 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Like the sleep timer on a regular radio. And I'm afraid I'm clueless as to the rooting thing. I guess I'll just leave the phone plugged in all night and continue to use the setting on TuneIn (or another app) that shuts down just the app after an hour or so. But I do thank you for your reply. I appreciate your help.
