No Sleep Timer?

Anybody know if there's a way to set a sleep timer?

Sleep Timer? To turn the Home Mic off after X amount of time? If this is what you mean, I do not believe it is possible b/c the instructions that came with the Home said the only way to turn the microphones off/on is via the button on the back.

If you are talking about a timer to stop playing music. I do not think that option is currently available yet.

That's available in the Google Play Music app, so if you started the music on the app and casted it to Google Home, you might still have the sleep timer take effect.

True, but it's a little convoluted, requiring you to go into settings every night. I was hoping for a simple "Set a sleep timer and play my sleep playlist" command.

You would think they would have included something as simple as a sleep timer since it can play music. My Amazon Echo does. But I'm hoping for upgrades soon.

Why do I keep seeing ppl mention the echo... Why expect the home to do everything the echo eventually started doing right on release... If all this stuff was so simple it wouldn't had took the echo time to include it

Because that's their biggest competitor. If you release late to the market, you're supposed to give people a reason to pick up your device over the competitor's device. So you would think they would have tried to nail down at least basic functionality.
