No SMS on Fit

Using Textra or whatever; no text messages on my Fit. Anyone can help?

I'm using Textra with the Gear Fit and it does work.
Make sure in the Gear Fit Manager app under notifications that you have the Textra app check marked and the stock messaging app unchecked.
Hopefully that will work for you!

How did you get Textra to work with GearFit? My stock messenger app keeps crashing and lagging, so I want to link Textra to Gearfit instead.

All I did was go into the Gear Fit Manager app and under Notifications scroll down and check the box next to Textra in the list of apps. You also need to uncheck the stock messaging app. It's worked flawlessly for me using the Textra app.

That's strange. All my apps show up under notifications in the Gear Fit Manager. I do know that you can only have 10 apps in use on the Gear Fit at a time. Could that be the problem?

There's only a few apps shown in the notification area of the gearfit manager. I will take a screenshot when I get a chance.
