No Sound in Phone

On this phone, the ringer works, but when I answer I cant hear anything and neither can the other party. If I turn off the phone and turn it back on, it works again.

Any ideas?

There was an OTA update available for the phone that seems to have fixed this for most people.

Go to your home screen, then

Menu -> Settings -> About Phone -> System Updates -> Update Motorola Software

You may get a message saying that check for updates is not available. Try again later.
