No sound options on Gear S2

[Android Central Question]

When I go into my settings on the watch, there are no sound settings, only vibration settings. When I go into the settings on my phone, there are no sound setting anywhere! Please help me! Everything else I find about the issue is from 2016 and is no longer relevant.
