No sound when using the Screen Recorder.

Ever since the newest update, there's been no sound when using the Screen Recorder. It will record the sound when using the media and mic option but, no sound will be recorded when just using the "media" record option. Any possible solutions? I've tried closing all apps, resetting my Note 10 Plus and still have the problem.

Is this screen record built into the phone app or stand alone app?
