I changed my wifi icon to green and didnt make backup. I am using cyanogenmod 10.1. I now have no status bar and cant bring up recent apps either. I deleted the data/cache of the app then uninstalled it, and wiped dalvik cache and rebooted and nothing is different. Please help me fix this. Im going to do a factory reset if i dont find a solution. I didnt think rooting would be such a damn nightmare; rom toolbox killed my 32gb sd card and for whatever reason my calendar widget doesnt work either.

You don't specify how you changed your WiFi to green, but I can only assume that you loaded a new theme/mod, and that's what is causing the various problems that you list. It probably updated SystemUI, which as the name implies, affects various aspects of the system UI.
Performing a Factory Reset isn't going to fix this problem - you'll still have the same version of SystemUI that you changed. The only way to fix it is to reload the correct version of whatever you changed. You should go back to the thread where you got the mod and see if the original version of the files that were updated are posted.
Barring that, if you don't have a Nandroid backup available, you could reload the stock ROM.

Yes, fiddling around with root and "stuff" can be quite problematic. :banghead:

If you selected to make a backup in romtoolbox just do a restore. Best thing about romtoolbox is you can delete it.
