no update on my n5

Hi all, I wonder if you can help me ? I have just bought a nexus 5 from Amazon UK, it was an open box customer return. Having fired it up I noticed it is still running 4.4.4 I manually checked for 5.0 lots of times but I don't get any notifications of any update it just says my phone is up to date. It is a unlocked UK phone, I thought it would have got the update by now its been rolling out for weeks. Any ideas, many thanks,Matt.

I'm also in the U.K and for weeks I had the prompt to update to 5.0, which I chose to ignore due to known issues. The prompt to update has now disappeared and I assume it will reappear soon with the 5.0.1 update prompt, so be patient. Your phone may have been switched of throughout the first batch of upgrade roll outs.

Be patient. The update will be sent to your device soon. Aside from manually loading the OTA, there's nothing you can do to speed up the update process.
