No Vibration When Receiving Message

Hope you guys can help me out. I use the stock messaging app, and when I get a text message, my phone doesn't vibrate. Yes, I have vibrate checked in the notification settings of the Messages app, and every other notification vibrates my phone. Any ideas what's going on?

Try Safe Mode, then--instructions are at the bottom of that previous linked article. This disables all 3rd party apps, so this can tell you if it's an app you installed that's interfering.
