Any words of wisdom before I reset to stock and unroot? Just in the past couple of weeks, nobody can hear me during calls. Well, they can, but I have to practically scream. I can hear them fine, no static or anything. I'm running Reborn. Settings to check, known bug fixes, etc.?

I would atleast try to update profile and prl. If that doesn't work, try a dirty flash of your rom zip (just boot to recovery, wipe cache/dalvik cache, flash rom, reboot). Don't worry it wont touch your settings, but will over write any themes you may have flashed.

Ugh, tried that all, still doesn't work. Man, I really don't want to unroot and restock this thing...

It's easy to do I can do it in a couple seconds just download 000root install vd recovery and install update

I had same problem regardless of rom. I was about to take it in when I noticed my mic was full of pocket crud. Blew it out with canned air worked great didn't have to take it in for repair

WHAT?!?!?! :D Sorry, couldn't resist. :D

Mr. Mud, this one isn't likely software. Reborn is rock solid and I've not encountered any such issue, despite lots of audio-related mucking about. Blow out your holes (your 3.5mm jack and your mic) and make sure the case you bought from Trenchcoat Larry isn't covering the mic (it's that little hole next to the micro USB port). There's a reason they call pockets "lint mines." ;)

If that doesn't do the job, you may consider taking it to a Sprint tech for a hardware check and/or professional dry cleaning.

Oh. My. God. I feel like such a ******! There was crap in the mic! Oh lordy, I think I need to go back to bed... Thank you all for putting up with my stupid question!

Don't sweat it. It's nice when the solution is something simple. :) I hope you got it working properly and didn't get talked into a $50 Bluetooth schizo twig in the process. :) Cheers!
