Noise on U11 Images

Hey folks

What do you make of this image?



It was taken on my New U11 in AUTO Mode, using Tap to Expose (OS: 7.1.1....build: 1.27.401.12, cam version: 9.20.. Sept 17) bought yesterday It was taken at 9mpx in the U11 native 16:9.... 12mpx@4:3 looks exactly the same.

Now I do realise its the winter time, with less lighting and daylight, but while the image is clear enough.. Im seeing alot of noise in the shadows and sky and especially when I crop in..as if its defaulting to ISO 800 or 1600.

Anyone else notice this or having this issue?

You should try going to Pro mode and set the ISO lower, then it will compensate with a longer exposure.

Yeah ill give that a try thanks, . I dont know if this camera software needs an update or theres an issue with my hardware ..

Have you or has anyone else experienced this?

Same for me in auto. Very grainy in low light.

Camera reviews such as The Verges recent comparison video says that u11 is has noticeable noise in low light but more detail then competitors who use noise reduction. My low light photos look really good until you zoom in cause of the noise.
