Have you tried Snapseed or Perfectly Clear?

Thanks for the reply. I've tried Snapseed, I'll have to take another look at it, but I have not tried perfectly clear. I was wondering if there was an app that was just focused towards noise reduction or what the best one out there is.

Snapseed is great and I would also recommend it.

I don't know anything about it, or if it's worth the download. Give it a look and let us know what you think.

Being an amateur mobile photographer i too faced this problem, i tried many app even mentioned above for noise removel but wasn't satisfied. Thus i made an app myself resolving this issue by using advanced Noise removal technique of Non-Local Means De-noising which preserves the details of the image and removes both monochromatic and colored noises. It yields much better results and have different options different level of grains in picture and tweaking support is also present.The app name is Image Noise Remover & Remover, check out the link below

Try photoshop
You need to log in to unlock 'reduce noise' in setting

Just log in with your facebook account
And you have the 'reduce noise'

I tried a few and some take like 5 or more minutes to reduce noise. I've had good results with Photoshop as well and it doesn't take long. I'm gonna try the app posted above. I haven't seen noise reduction in Snapseed though.
