Nokia 1 Plus - Black screen when receiving a call

When receiving a call, screen doesn't turn on immediately. Phone rings for good couple of seconds, and then the screen turns on and you can answer the call.

I've tried deleting the cache and memory from Phone app. Disabling and enabling it. Tried resetting settings for all the apps, but it's still the same.

Any other solutions? Or do I need to factory reset?

Try in safe mode .
