And to add some more of my opinions/feedback so far on this phone. The mic bug has not reared its ugly head since I originally posted this. The speed of the device seems completely acceptable to me, especially for a 600 US dollar device. I'm upgrading from an ancient Moto G4 plus so just about anything will feel fast to me to be honest. I got pissed after Nokia was basically killed by Microsoft, my last good camera phone was a Lumia 1020, after Nokia was killed I bought anything cheap, hence the G4. I've owned an N8, and a N79 in the passed as well. So I have some history with decent camera phones.
The wireless charging works awesome. I have a wireless charger/holder in my car. I can stream Pandora and have Waze open and the phone still charges relatively fast.
The pictures look nice so far, but as I said I haven't had much time to play. This picture is cool because it really captures the realistic look of the fibers on the blanket. Kind of corny I guess, but I think it's cool. I'm not sure how it competes with the Pixel, but I find it better than my wife's Galaxy 9 so far. I really miss having a Xenon flash, they should have included one. Just having an LED is not sufficient.
Battery life seems great. I only charge in my car for my 30 minute drive to and from work, and by the end of the night I have 60% left. Call quality seems really good now that the mic works properly. I did have a problem with AT&T killing my voicemail when I got a new nano sim for this phone. They tried to scan in my IMEI number for this phone and it came up as not possible to have a voicemail on this type of phone. After 3 calls with AT&T finally that is fixed.....
