Nokia c1 shows blue screen

Hellow everyone, I have a Nokia c1 here after screen coating it shows only blue screen no other display

Welcome to Android Central! Is this some sort of liquid screen protector like Whitestonedome? Did you apply it yourself, or did you take it to a shop for it?
