Non scrollable wallpaper

As the title suggests I want my wallpaper to be non scrollable but at the same time I don't wanna switch over from stock Sense to any other launcher. Is there any way to do that on Sense?

Shoot (or crop) your wall paper shot to exactly 1280-H x 720-W. Sometimes the best tool for this is something on your computer.
