Nook Color running ICS

I tried it out. I found that it was as quick if not quicker than CM7 after overclock plus V6 script. It felt great to use a tablet OS but no sound is a deal breaker for me.

I couldn't find a reliable Gapps for this version. The one at http://www.android-advice.com/file-downloads.php?filename=Google_Apps_Flash isn't working fine on my NC in that inspite of the CWMRecovery reporting the installation as successful,
1) It only displays the Google Market icon and nothing else in the apps-screen
2) The installed Google Market aps struggles to connect to the internet - takes lot of time
3) The Google Market app fails to authenticate the supplied gmail credentials,
4) After a while it simply fails displaying a message couldn't connect with a retry button and any number of retries doesn't work out.

Will share more once I get to install a working GApps set.

Update on Gapps - http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Latest_Version#Google_Apps worked for me

Thanks

It's buggy and lags. Sometimes apps just close on thier own repeatedly, Some apps open as just black screen. Havent had any problem getting on the internet or to googleapps, but a tad slower than cm7. Cm7 runs truly magnificent on my nook and i would never use the ics alone that I currently have.
