Hey all, Just wanted to share a weird experience I just had. Maybe this will be helpful to some of you in the future.
I just updated CM7 from nightly cm-encore_full-41 to cm_encore_full-87 and now it will not get past the original boot image. Also, the "loading" has been replaced by a green cyanogen mod logo. It never goes the green android text with flashing cursor. It just sits there indefinitely. I tried re-flashing nightly 41, but had no luck and the green logo is still there. I also tried to flash the new version of HoneyComb. Nothing. Finally, I tried installing HoneyComv4 using adb because I knew that this method modified the boot. Sure enough, this worked and I am now able to boot. I will keep playing around and if I get build 87 to work, I will post again in this forum.
