not able to cast

I have bought a chromecast and managed to finish the setup successfully.

On my TV, i can see it connected to my WIFI network and my mobile is finding it in my Chromecast apk.

When trying to cast the cast icon gets dark for a second then gets back white with nothing on my TV.

Youtube is doing the exact same thing. When trying to cast a video, i get an error message, something like cannot connect. .etc.

Tried to reset the Chromecast, my mobiles, and the router, but in vain.

Any Idea what to do? ?

If your phone is on the list at Chromecast mirroring, use the Chromecast app. If not ... it could be that your phone just isn't compatible with casting. (I can cast Youtube natively [without the Chromecast app] but Chrome and Firefox don't seem to work well at all unless I'm connected using the Chromecast app. Same phone on all.)

Thanks for the feedback.
I have both Note3 and nexus 4 and failed to cast from both.

Don't know why each time i try to cast it Doesn't work.
