Not able to delete some fotos in Gallery folder

LG P880 ( 4.0.3)

In my fone, the Gallery folder holds some fotos.
Some of them appeared to have come from Google Piccasa.
( I dont know how that happened ! ).

Anyway, I have a problem deleting them.
When I try to delete , I get a message " File Type not supported ".
Extremely stubborn !

Is there any tool I can use to get rid of this problem ?.

Picasa = Google photo sync those pics are read only. you can turn off sync under settings<accounts and choose your google account.

Tried to use the "unsync Google photos - clear data in gallery" method but to no avail.

Perhaps this may help. Worked well for me. In your google+, go to your search button, key in "#autobackup", delete the unwanted photos and the deleted photos would not appear in your picasa album anymore.

Well, this is to delete unwanted photos only. Not delete the whole picasa album
