Not able to update Fit 2 "Health Apps" app

Is anyone else with a non galaxy phone having issues updating the Fit 2 "Health Apps" app?
It always says that the update was succesfully installed but everytime I open the app again it says there is an update (and so on...)

Same here. I have a LG G4 running Android 6.0.

Same issue. G4 with Marshmallow. Can't seem to find any answers for this. Not impressed. Just bought it and main app won't update.

If think this is an issue with the Gear software on non-Samsung phones. I had an M8 when I got it and couldnt update the software, but just so happened to upgrade to an S7 Edge 2 weeks in. Hey presto, I could update on the S7.
