not charging with usb connection

When i tether my bionic to my netbook via usb it shows its charging but it is slowly loosing charge. Now i am running tunein radio via speaker phone, blue tooth headsets for incoming calls. I know this is a lot and that might be why the discharge is happening instead of charging. Just want to make sure im not missing a setting or something.

I did the same with original droid, always charged. Never discharged.

charging from a usb port is always slower as its lower power. If the phone is using more power than the charging is providing you have a net loss. Try a different usb port. Sometimes the ones on the side of the computer are at a lower voltage.

Might want to invest in a dock, you can also trying turning off 4G if its not being used while your charging.
