not charging

My note is not charging when the phone is on and it does not connect to a p.c..when i turn it off it is charging but the battery appear and dis appear.

Welcome to Android Central! Might be a problem with your USB cable--can you try a different one?

I tried another one but it is still the same

The microUSB charging port has been known to fail. You might have to bring it in to a cellphone repair store to check. Or if the phone is under warranty, call Samsung and initiate a request for warranty work.
