Not only did the International Trade Commission rule for Nokia and Against Apple in Apple's suit against Nokia for infringement, but Apple LOST several of the patents in the process as the ITC declared them Invalid.
So it was a double win for Nokia, as all of their claims against Apple still stand. Nokia sued first because Apple would not pay licensing fees that every other phone manufacturer pays. But then Apple risked everything to counter sue.
Big mistake. Not only did they NOT prove infringements, but several of their patents were declared Invalid, and that means they can't exercise these patents against Motorola and HTC either.
Ouch, and double Ouch.
