not finding push to talk on Galaxy Tab onscreen keyboard

Hi there,

On my Note 10.1, Note 2 and my S3 there is an option to push the microphone button for speech to text for emails, texting etc. This came on all the aforementioned devices by default I didn't add it. I'm trying to find it on hubby's Galaxy Tab and it doesn't seem to be there. Does this device not have this feature? It would really help him if I could get this working.
