Not getting Facebook notifications

Try uninstall then reboot your device , any VPN , antivirus,app cleaners delete also they can cause this type of issues

Something changed somewhere leave that Ad guard deleted try these 2 other steps before a factory reset if you go that way .

1. Go to settings>general management>reset>reset settings

2. Go to setting>apps>3 dot's upper right corner tap>reset app preferences

Rebooting device each time then give a day or two and see what happens.

I stopped getting Facebook notifications a few years ago on my Note 9 that was kept on Oreo, until a few months ago when I got an S22 Ultra that was on Android 12 when I got it and updated to 13 while I was still using it. The ultra didn't get FB notifications either.
Now I'm on an S22 regular running Android 13 and it doesn't get FB notifications.
I've looked at all phone and FB app settings along the way, but nothing corrects the issue. FB icon doesn't even show the number in the little red circle that my other apps show.
Frustrating, but I figure that I don't need to be running to FB all the time anyways so...

Lucky for you. Just kidding bc I turned off my FB notifications a long time ago. But I had to go into the Facebook app to do so. Check your notification settings in the Facebook app.

I turned my Facebook notifications off also. When I first seen this post I thought the same thing lucky them, that's a good thing.
