Not getting Facebook notifications

Does anyone know why I'm not getting Facebook notifications when people comment on my posts? I think I have all the notification settings turned on. ]

It might be the facebook app. I either won't get a notification or it shows up an hour or so later.

Yes your full name , im sure you dont want that out there

I would try the easiest way first. Uninstall and reinstall and see if it helps at all. I think most of us are bombarded by FB notifications!! Good luck!

Long press Facebook then tap info>battery>make sure it's not set on restricted and not using power saving mode for the phone

I have almost the exact same settings and never get any Facebook notifications for groups, likes, etc. Never have figured it out - checked background use, which is set to allow. I have battery "optimized" for it, but not restricted, so not sure why that would cause no notifications. It's been a problem ever since I got the s22+. So I don't know and it hasn't bothered me too often as it keeps me off Facebook and I'm not bombarded with notifications, but at times it would have been nice for notices the schools sent, etc.
I have even completely wiped/reset my phone and restored fresh (for another issue) and still have the same issue.

Also make sure permission is on for notification

It's set to optimized and notification permissions are allowed.

Nope. I'm getting all my other notifications as expected. It's just Facebook not working.

Yep. It doesn't matter what my connection is. I never get Facebook notifications.

DNS66. It's an ad blocker. I have tried disabling it to see if that was the issue. But it didn't make any difference.

Try uninstall then reboot your device , any VPN , antivirus,app cleaners delete also they can cause this type of issues
