Not getting Lollipop update?

It's been about 10 days since the update was released. My Galaxy S4 Active is on Cricket Wireless. Could that be affecting the fact that I haven't received the update yet? Has anyone had problems in general with getting the update?

It's the carrier that sends the update over the air. If the carrier doesn't have any plans to put out the update, then you won't get one. Have you received any word from Cricket about it? I couldn't find anything on the web.

No I haven't gotten anything from Cricket. I'll probably try to go to the store to get some info. I'm confused though. Wouldn't I have gotten the update since it's originally an AT&T phone?

It's the carrier that sends the update over the air. If you're no longer with that carrier, you can't get their update over the air.
