Not nearly as many lock screen options...

Greetings to the forum. I have been watching some Galaxy Note 3 tips and tricks videos and it is apparent to me that the people in the videos have many more lock screen customization options than I do. I do not know why this is and I would very much like to fix it. If it helps any I have an AT&T version of the Note 3. Thanks!

I've noticed you can't have quick apps on the lock screen when you use a pin or pattern to lock it. I use a pattern and I wish I had the quick apps on the bottom.

I'm guessing it's a screen "really estate" thing. But the Note 3 has a monster screen. I feel they could have put those quick apps along with the pin and pattern lock screens.
