not receiving pic texts

I'm having issues receiving pictures via text message from Verizon wireless only. Some come through some don't. Some are iPhone users, some s4 users, etc. No my phone isn't unlocked. Is this an at&t network thing? I've had s4 replaced 3 times since original purchase July 2013.

After hours and hours of research and chatting on at&t wireless community found out its an at&t issue. Ugh what a waste.

I have exactly the same problem receiving pictures by text from a Verizon phone. Can you post a brief blurb about what you found out and whether anyone has a work around? I did similar research a while ago but did not come upon a cause. Some blamed AT&T. Some blamed Verizon. There does not seem to be any common thread as to what pictures fail to arrive from Verizon. Thanks.

My mom and I have the same problem, she has an s3. Doesnt matter which phone, but if you have an Android phone with Kit Kat 4.4+ most MMS from verizon phones will not show up. Wish At&t would fix this ASAP
