Not receiving Samsung Reward Points.

Yeah. Had to call and chat with them several times to deal with an issue with the 50 dollar reservation credit. Within those calls, I tried the call back feature and after waiting more than an hour, I get a call back and the rep can't work his phone and accidentally hangs up on me. So I try the online chat thing. Ended up taking a while and the conversation was ended several times as I was trying to handle it during a work meeting online. It's just not terribly convenient for me. I'm in meetings most of the days and can't really call after work as I have big project going on at work. Might be helpful if the chat feature would point me when the rep responds...
That sounds really frustrating.
 
I traded my Note 10+5G for the Note 20 Ultra, I received the phone on August 19th and they received the Note 10+5G on September 1st. I'm still waiting for my 1300 rewards points and $200 Samsung credit. If noting happens in a week or so, I'll contact Samsung and ask what's up?

Did you pre-order? Usually, if you pre-order through Samsung, your $200 credit is available during the pre-order process. Unless you decided not to use it on any of the accessories at the time of your pre-order. But the credit should still be available for use from the moment you pre-ordered.

Guess what? If you didn't use the credit at time of pre-ordering you won't see the credit until 35 days later according to Samsung. Reward points I have no idea, haven't received them for either phone.

Oh, wow. Thats interesting. I usually grab everything when I pre-order, so I didnt know they make you wait to access the credit.

My wife and I each got our $150 credit voucher emails in the past 2 hours!

Got my Galaxy Buds Live ordered with expected delivery on 9/23. She wants to check mine out before she orders them.
 
I just got an email that my points have been earned and now I see them in my account.
 
I preordered the first week and just got an email today that I was awarded 1600 points equaling $8.
 
Yep, got my 1600 points too. I'm trying to figure out if, or how, I can combine them with my Samsung Pay points
 
As usual, the email was in my spam folder, however, the points have been posted to my account.

So, I guess this order for me is complete! :)
