Not receiving text messages, but sending ok?

I installed the software update on my S4 the night before last (installed automatically at 1 am). I received one text message at 6:10 yesterday morning, and have not received a single one since. According to Verizon's website, the texts have been received. I can send text messages and the recipients are receiving them with no issue. The problem with me receiving is happening with multiple people using multiple phones on multiple carriers. I use Handcent for my text messaging, but I have also checked the native messaging app and no texts show there. My next step is to uninstall Handcent and see if it works, but I wanted to check here and see if anyone else has had the issue. I would like to avoid a factory reset if at all possible, just because it's a PITA to set everything up again.

Before anyone asks, yes I have rebooted my phone (4 times, in fact).

UPDATE: After uninstalling the Handcent messenger, I am still not receiving text messages. Data, voice, everything else works without issue.
