Not rooted, experiencing constant boot loops

A few days ago the phone started boot looping so after a while I just did a factory reset and of course lost everything on the phone.

Things have been ok since until today I was flipping in and out of airplane mode because of the 4G outage and it's again stuck in the boot loop.

Any ideas other than another factory reset? Think I should try to get another phone from Verizon?

Any ideas?

Phone will boot loop for hours then work for a few hours.

Worked fine when I got home last night, but when I woke up this morning it was boot looping again.

If your phone isnt working properly, of course go in and get a new one. Simple as that.

Well the plan is to take it in tonight, but it would be nice to have a working phone today without having to do a full reset again.

Blah this phone has been a complete lemon for me. Insanely disappointing.
