Not system app. Illegal installation

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and recently paired a Plantronics M70 bluetooth headset to it. The "Nuance" program that evidently came with it didn't work - and I kept receiving an error message Not system app. illegal installation. I uninstalled Nuance, but now using the S Voice option, I don't get any request when I activate the voice command from my headset. It just beeps and then a speaker appears on my phone screen. If I speak, it will dial the phone I request, but why is there no voice requesting an action?

Welcome to Android Central! What was the full name of the app from Nuance? Was it any of these? https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...d=Nuance+Communications%2C+Inc&token=aPdHApM6. Had you installed it from the Play Store, or from somewhere else?

If you're able to install the app and it doesn't work, try going to Settings>Security>Device Administrators,​ and see if it's listed there. If so, check it on.
