I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 that I got for Christmas. I absolutely love it and use it nearly every day. Today I did not use it after @3pm, and when I just went to pick it up, it is completely dead dead ... I cannot power it on, it will not charge, nothing!! :(

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

How close was the battery to being discharged the last time you saw it? Try holding the power button down for a minute. See anything?

EDIT: If that doesn't work, try holding the power button and volume down button at the same time for 30 sec.

If that doesn't work and you've tried other options, I think your last resort option (outside of spending $ by sending it in for repair) is to remove the back cover and disconnect the battery for a minute and reconnect it. But doing this will void the warranty. A great video on the GNote 10.1 disassembly is below:

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000/8010/8013 Disassembly & Assembly - Touch & Display Screen Replacement - YouTube

Looks like you only need to watch the first 4 1/2 minutes of the video and the last section (48:00) that re-assembles the back panel. The only tools you need is the plastic knife or something similar but it must be plastic and small phillips screwdriver. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, get a friend that can help.

Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Just trying to help.

Man it's gotta be hard to re-assemble if the taking it apart section is 4.5 minutes and the re-assembly part if more than 47 minutes!!
