Note 10+ faint pulsating pixel to the right of front camera while making a call ?

I see a faint pulsating pixel to the right of the front camera while making a call. I believe it might be the sensor that turns off the screen when you put the phone up to your ear?

It disappears when you put on speaker phone.

Am I the only one seeing this?

It's just the proximity sensor.

I did, I restarted it as well and it comes back. When NOT on call, just whenever.

I suppose it can come on whenever, I just notice it when making a call.

OK guys so I realised the sensor starts pulsation EVERY time when it is on AOD in bright light. In dimmed light it stops. What is this??

My S10+ did thst too. It's the proximity sensor.

If I turn of adaptive light in AOD (not general screen) settings I get no pulsating anymore. Thinking it is not a bug but a feature.

It's not a bug, it's the proximity sensor. The s10 series has it also.
