Note 10 plus fingerprint sesnro5

Received my Note 10 plus yesterday. I cannot get the fingerprint sensor to work. I have tried enabling touching with screen protector option, wetting finger a bit, etc. I do have a tempered protector on the screen. It has a circle with a membrane for the fingerprint area.

It wouldn't work before the protector either.

Anyone else having this?

No issue here. Other than it's harder with the thumb to register. I tried fingers and it's much easier

No issues othet than it is not as fast as a traditional sensor, but I have only had my phone for 24 hours and still getting used to it.

It works ok for me (with the pre-installed screen protector). Did you receive the ASH4 firmware update?

Yes, I have that update. Might be my screen protector. I don't want to take it off to check lol.

Having same issue hopefully an update fixes the issue.

Confirmed, tempered glass protector. Was going to drive me crazy until I removed it and tried. Works fine.

The update helped the FPS significantly. It was sketch for me at first. Works very well now.
