Note 2 "cellular network not available"

Hellow all,

I have been using my note 2 for almost 4 months. And recently I flashed it to android version 5.1.1 (which is unofficial UB version). Everything works fine except when I try to call message appear "cellular network not available" signal strength and everything else just fine.
Tried to flash it to several different ROM but no luck yet. And no luck finding its original stock firmware with the same baseband version.
Baseband version; N7100XXUFOA1
Android base; Lollipop 5.1.1 Rev 1 LMY47V

I am facing the same problem after upgrading Asus Zenfone 5 from KK to L (5.0.1)
Any solutions to avoid going to the service center ?
