Note 2 Glass Replacement

I have to Note 2s im going to do glass replacements on and im wondering whats the best way to clean the old glue off the lcds. I used 91% iso and a paper towel on an iphone and i just ended up scratching the hell put of the screen. Also, the new glass came with adhesive, so should I still use loca glue? And would anyone reccomend a mold? Id really appreciate any advice thanks.

Yes I can. Its double sided tape

Myself and other people have had bad luck using a heatgun to remove the adhesive from lcd. So dont so that! I usually buy the lcd and glass as a single part and do that swap. Imho doing the glass alone is really hard without the correct machine to heat and remove and reapply the glass.
