note 2 (korea) auto phone bill reduces

Hi !
Recently Ive bought a note 2 from korea to use in my country. when i put prepaid sim card in it. it's automatically reducing my phone bill although i ve not made a call and even disabled mobile data. Any help here? Thanks!
