Note 2 Not Powering Up after interrupted update + hard reset

My note to was stuck on the boot logo after being interrupted mid update. After trying a few different key combo's, it switched off completely. I have tried various different reset combos. When i plug it in there is no led. brand new battery still at 3.8v, also have checked voltage at battery connectors without batter in and is also plenty of voltage so its not a charging port issue.
Any other ideas? Thanks!
