Note 2 vs HTC DNA

I know I'm a little late in this convo. I really wanted the DNA because I like the sense UI and the specs are fantastic. After checking out the specs however I wasn't that concerned about not being able to remove the battery. The no micro SD card is an absolute deal breaker for me. Why bother having a phone with HD capabilities when all you have is 11Gb to work with? 2 years ago 11 gigs may have fine but its almost2013. A movie or two later and that 11 gigs is gone. This will no doubt turn out to be an epic fail for HTC and Verizon. An SDcard capable version of the DNA in the future would be a total hit and probably the most capable phone out there. Looks like I'm getting the GS Note2.
Thallium, your post is "Spot on". I migrated from a OneX, I thought I would have to take a tranquilizer because of the display, NOT so! There are real world differences in the displays but I have to say honestly the GN2 display is friggin gorgeous.
There are so many software conviences on the GN2 in comparison to the DNA, its almost unbelievable. I
Get a GN2, you wil not regret it. Plus Sammy has got some Display surprises coming shortlly for the GN3 and S4. They will put the LCD3 super display to sleep. Apple will have teeth marks in their Butt of their so called Retina display.
I love my Galaxy Note2.
At the end of the day..they are all smartphones

Well, I can't say since I've not used the DNA. I have had an htc inspire and was happy to make the switch to samsung. What I wouldn't like about the DNA, battery life probably since battery life on my inspire was awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No s-pen, no huge display, no removable battery or sd card slot. All reasons to buy a note. The only thing that I've read is better is the display is a bit better and it has a slightly faster cpu. Now honestly, my note 2 is buttery smooth and fast. Any faster and my head would spin!!!! Really!!!.
